  • 1.  Do you service the vehicles and equipment after the sell?
     
       
    Yes, We fully service all of our all of our work.   All products have a factory warranty and we at R & M also offer an additional 1 year warranty.

 

  • 2.  What happen if my wheelchair accessible vehicle breaks down on the weekend or in  the middle of the night?

    We are on call 24 hours. 

 

  • 3.  Do you work with veterans and the V.A. ? 

    Yes !   We work with veterans and the V.A. to help ensure that you get the best care and all of your needs are met in a timely fashion.

 

  • 4.  Do you offer financing or payment plans for the vans and equipment you sell ?

    Yes, we do offer financing for any equipment that you may need to purchase and on all vans.

 

  • 5.  What do I do with my old vehicle if I purchase a new vehicle ?

    We can assist you in selling your old vehicle by posting your old vehicle on our website.  You can also trade in your old vehicle.  We will offer you a fair market price on your old vehicle.

 

  • 6.  Can you convert or modify (adapt) my current vehicle to be wheelchair accessible ?

    Yes we can.  Our company has over 50 years combined experience in this field.  All employees are factory trained to help you with any technical question or concern that you may have on adaptive equipment.

 

  • 7.  How do I know what vehicle and/or equipment will work best for me ?

    We offer free evaluations  to let  you know up front what will work best for you.

 

  • 8.  Is your staff factory trained?

    All our staff is factory trained and have current certifications with all products that we sell.

 

  • 9.    How often should I have my equipment serviced after installation ?

    We recommend quarterly and annual service be done on your equipment. All checkup service is free for the first year and recommended in order for your warranties to be valid.
